At Somanielle, we are committed to providing premium-quality women's sleepwear designed for exceptional comfort and durability. Every pajama set, nightwear piece, loungewear set, and sleepwear collection is carefully inspected before shipment. This Warranty Policy explains what is covered, what is excluded, and how to request assistance if needed.

1. Warranty Coverage

All Somanielle products are covered by a 30-day quality warranty starting from the date of delivery.

This warranty covers:

  • Manufacturing or production defects
  • Loose stitching, seam issues, or construction flaws
  • Defective buttons, drawstrings, elastic waistbands, or closures
  • Fabric defects present upon arrival
  • Incorrect pajama set, size, or color received
  • Damage caused during shipping

If your issue falls under any of the above, we will offer a replacement or a full refund.

2. What the Warranty Does NOT Cover

The following are not considered manufacturing defects and are not covered:

  • Normal wear and tear from regular use
  • Damage caused by washing, drying, or failure to follow the care instructions
  • Shrinking, fading, stretching, or fabric pilling over time
  • Stains from cosmetics, lotions, perfumes, or personal care products
  • Accidental damage (tears, burns, holes, etc.)
  • Damage caused by misuse, alterations, or improper handling
  • Items returned with strong odors (smoke, perfume, chemicals, etc.)
  • Final sale or clearance items (where applicable)

These situations are not classified as manufacturing defects.

3. How to File a Warranty Claim

To submit a warranty claim, please contact us at contact@somanielle.com and include:

  • Your order number
  • Clear photos or videos showing the issue
  • A brief description of the problem

Our support team will review your request within 24–48 hours.

4. Approved Warranty Solutions

If your claim is approved, you may choose from one of the following solutions:

  • Free replacement (same pajama set, size, and color, subject to availability)
  • Full refund to your original payment method
  • Store credit for future purchases

All shipping costs related to approved warranty claims will be covered by Somanielle.

5. Warranty Timeframe

Warranty claims must be submitted within 30 days of delivery.
Claims submitted after this period may not be eligible for coverage.
